Monterey Council on Aging
Minutes of November 27, 2017
The meeting opened at 10:10 am at the General Store. Present were Maryellen Brown, Norma Champigny, Ruth Champigny, Kay Purcell, Julio Rodriguez and Pat Solomom.
Housing was the main topic of discussion. All agreed to continue working on this. N. Champigny has spoken to Jane Green who has been active in Gr. Barrington Housing issues. She is willing to discuss this with us. Other sources of information were mentioned.
The Mt. Everett Luncheon and concert is scheduled for December 7th at noon. Sixteen people have been registered for the event.
Information from Ralph Gleason, Otis CoA, was distributed. Otis has started a Share-a-Ride program with volunteer drivers.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:15 am.
